  Decanted 30 min. Lovely nose of violets, black cherries, plums and some smoke. Flavors of black cherry, raspberry, with some smoked meat on the finish. Nicely integrated tannins, just a great drinking wine. One of the prettiest wines I've had in a while. Drinking VERY well right now. An outstanding wine, and for ZanZibar's first vintage, an incredible effort. Well done, Ziad!
