Stood up for several weeks. Decanted off fine sediment. Took about 1.5h in decanter to really open. Sous bois aromas, red and black cherries, hints of pine and earth. Palate is more about dark cherries, bark, some forest floor and a hint of sous bois. Nice acids balance the fruit and moderate tannins come in on the back end. Nice moderately long finish that echoes the palate. Wine is just coming into its secondary aromas but the palate hasn't quite caught up. I think the nose and palate would be more closely matched in another 2-3 years. Very enjoyable nonetheless.

PnP. Medium dark red. Shy Dark fruits on the nose. Good depth and intensity but not a lot of complexity. Excellent acidity to balance the fruit; drinking well at age 12 and v. good QPR.

Decanted for about 30 mins. Very nice bouquet of red cherries, with a bit of abeetrooty, earthy aspect to it. The palate is light, with some tannins, light cherry. Not super impressive, but nice enough. Probably needs food to go with it. Still alive though and could last a few more years in the cellar.

Disappointed by the wine. Some harsh tannins, but got a little bit better with time.
