Drank served with Ice Wine glazed duck with corn and peach cobbler from the Peller Estates restaurant tasting menu. Rich ripe tannins, black pepper on finish - drinking well, could be even better after a few more years.

Trip to Niagara; 5/1/2009-5/2/2009 (Niagara on the Lake, Canada): Deep, rich rose colored. Oak is overpowering. With duck breast.
