  Well-balanced and nice tart fruit with a soft edge. The flavors were mature and full and the mouth smooth. A slightly acid finish rounds out the wine. Aging this wine is a good choice to make it more elegant and mature.

  Last bottle of 6, still lively but in need of consumption sooner than later, grapefruit, lemon notes are prevelent with a nice dose of mineral and firm crips acidity.

  Slight petulance. Notes of grapefruit, lanolin, and passionfruit. Nice acidity, very balanced. Crisp and refreshing. Perfect companion to pasta with a spinach alfredo sauce.
