Can’t say enough good things about Trisaetum riesling overall, and the 2011s are a highlight of all wine from Oregon that year. This has wonderful aromatics while keeping with a mostly dry profile and acid for days.

Unscrewed and poured. Clean, brisk white fruit aroma. Muted flavors of apples and minerals. Some petrol in the finish. Solid, well made, good structure, workmanlike.

This is one of the best OR rieslings I've had. Really fleshing out nicely with great complexity and length. Still tart and acid driven but great minerality and concentration. Love the stuff.

I think this wine would have had a better balance and flavor profile with SLIGHTLY more sugar, but still in the dry range. Still a very nice wine.
