The 04 character on the nose of this is becoming rather pretty. Ladybirds transforming into something floral with attractive minerality. Mid-weight palate, quite drying tannins.

Medium ruby color. Nose of high-pitched violets, black cherry, earth, iodine. Light-bodied but intense on the palate with well-delineated layers of black raspberry, cherry, dark cinnamon, earth, and iron particles. Smoothed, fine-grained tannin and copious acidity amidst silky texture. Medium length finish of black over red fruit, fine soil, and grip. Showing nicely with room to evolve.

Medium slightly opaque red, clearing at the rim. Berries, earth, mildly spicy nose. Sour cherries, black cherries, hosin, soil. Wonderfully silky mouth feel. Finishes pretty long for such a young burg with approachable tannin.
Tasted over two days, this got better and better. I've been sick, so withholding a score. So far I'm finding much to like in drinking the '11's young. Also looking forward to trying some PYCM whites. 13%
