  AP 05 13. My god, what a beautiful goldkapsel. This is my very first experience with Christoffel Jr.'s wine and to be honest I had passed it over many times because it was so inexpensive. I paid only $38 for this bottle and it is easily comparable to a $100 Joh Jos Prum goldkapsel Auslese. Very similar cool aromatics as Prum. Zesty, spicy, almost buttery feel but without being fat in any way. It coats the mouth and the sensation stays with you for minutes after each sip. Truly worthy of even the greatest wine cellar. Why did I wait so long?!
