Reminded me more of a Loire Sauvignon Blanc this time around with grassy fruity notes. None of the oxidation elements I found in the two earlier bottles. Last of my three bottles.
Next time I have some of this will be at the winery or in a small cafe on Corsica.

Enjoyed with grilled sockeye, fresh greens. Aged citrus, herbs, mineral, earth, a bit of smoke. Rich palate and long finish, and as one or two have noted a bit of slight oxidation. Drank over two days and it evolved nicely with the oxidation turning to wood/smokey notes with layering bit more age to citrus, even as that became a bit more reticent. Nicely balanced with food, rich but not at all heavy. Curious about how much longer it might have aged and where it would have gone--but my only bottle. Not Jura chardonnay but brought it to mind.

Beginning to show signs of oxidation. Quince, stony minerals.
