Asperg Wine Syndrome Tasting Group: Easter Edition 2024 (Asperg): Quite consistent with my previous notes. Crowd pleaser in the very best sense. Beautiful fruit basked, high acidity, nice sweetness. Very joyful and pleasant to drink. Good length. Full peak, but no hurry. 88-89

Glass: Zalto Bordeaux Popped and poured, drunk over three days. Clear, pale golden color. Medium+ intense, youthful-developing nose with exotic fruit, passion fruit, white blossoms, nutmeg, some cassis. Quite deep and beautiful. Only 8,5% abv. Sweetness is perfectly balanced by the ripe, high and racy acidity. Exotic fruit, some saltiness, herbs and wet stones on the palate. Creamy, very juicy and with a nice tension, very joyful to drink. Long fruity finish. At its full peak with potential for at least 2-3+ years. 88-90. Very good PQR.

No formal notes taken. Seems to me now reaching its peak. Still very young, beautiful racy acidity, good balance between sweetness and acidity. As always pure joy and pleasure, uncomplicated in the best sense, but also a very serious wine. Love this style every now and then. 88-90
