Pours a light gold in the glass, screw cap as usual from Flatrock which is in line with their sustainability goals and minimizes any potential flaws.
Paired the wine with a Palak paneer for a pop and pour.
On the nose: wet rocks, goat cheese grassiness, red apple pulp.
On the palate: lovely acidity giving the wine a fizzy feel, layers on layers of stone fruits like peaches and apricots, with red apple sweetness and a great mineral finish with a citrus backbone. Extremely well balanced wine with 5-10 years of aging easily to go.

Smoky, lemon/lime aromas with oily rubber and sweet spices on the nose. Light and off-dry palate, with a tart, racy finish.
