Despite the cork being soaked through, this is beautiful. The nose has currant, tobacco and menthol notes. On the palate, everything is extremely well integrated- black currant, blackberry, herb and menthol flavors, still moderate tannins, still some acid. Plenty of life left; very enjoyable.
