In the middle of a prime drinking window now. Opens with red fruit and earth. Opens, slowly, into a lot of spice, charred vanilla, plums. Lovely. Go slow, take your time.

Nose: The nose is expressive with bell peppers, cassis, dark red cherries, dark red berries, and some floral tones. While there is good complexity, it is lacking some depth.
Taste: Full bodied with medium acidity with good silky tannins. The structure is a bit soft, but there is excellent polish to the tones of bell peppers, cassis, cedary oak, dark red cherries, and a touch of floral on the back end.
Overall: If this adds some depth and definition with age, it could really become something. It's still a very well balanced and polished cab as is and it's very drinkable.

Rich viscous texture, darkly luscious fruit (plum, black cherry), surprisingly soft tannins for a Pritchard Hill-area wine. Absolutely delicious-

The excellent nose and palate on this wine is spoiled by the overwhelming dryness on the finish.
