Orange/pinkish color. Strawberries, orange-citrus acidity, some “oak” feel.
Don’t know the disgorgement date but I know I have had this sitting in the cellar for about 2 years. Good and enjoyable but not earth shattering. I’ve definitely had better rose champs from growers at a substantially lower price.

Last minute wine lunch (Gary's): Drank about 1/6th of the bottle over an hour. Bright red fruit which seems rather primary. I can't get it out of my head that this reminds me of carbonated red Koolaid, there seems to be a similarity there. Even so, this has been a pleasant but understated champagne and clearly others enjoyed it more than me.

(NV Laurent Perrier Brut Rose Champagne) A light copper color, it brings abundant spice, strawberry, and mineral notes. The palate has intensely focused fruit flavors. Lingers on the finish.

At the tasting...
Color. Salmon pink
Nose. Strawberries, clove, graphite.
Palate. Strawberries, wood, even though there's no oak aging, maybe vanilla??

Strawberry, sea breeze, saline and spice. Definitely taste the red wine in this bottle.
