Inky magenta. Spice, cassis, and leather nose. Full bodied, spicy blackberries, earthy cherries, rich rounded tannins, sage, great balance, and a long finish. This was very nice on nights 1 and 2, but on night 3 it transformed into a delicious monster of a cab.

Light nose on this. Light to medium body, with a bit of leather, not much though. Also picking up some green plum and cherry. Very mild for a cab, but nice none the less. Medium tannins and a medium finish. This would not hold up to a big rib eye but went well enough with a veal shank and is very nice on its own.

No bricking, blueberry pie and Blackberry compote, lots of small grain tannins, and a long finish. Plenty of time left.
