Well-balanced, complex and rich, but a little rough on the finish. Not quite as good as my first bottle last year but probably needed to give it more air. Still, a gem.

P&P'd out of the fridge with take out Thai food. Straw, pale with green tint color. Creamy, buttery nose of kiwi, candied bananas, and tangy tropical fruit basket. Palate is full-bodied and rich, bringing more bananas and kiwi-lime, plus coconut, lemons, melon, mangos, pears, and hints of green apples. The tail is smooth yet zesty, bringing some nice, lingering notes of tangerines and apricots. Very much liked this as it got warmer and had more air time. Drink now through 2020.

Tasted immediately after opening. Medium straw colour. On the nose; citrus fruits, iron filings, grass, herbs and subtle oak – pleasant, albeit a touch restrained. On the palate; viscous and slightly oily texture, generous fruit with pronounced green undertones and a fair bit of salinity, good acidic structure and fine length. Enjoyable, interesting and price worthy – will likely try to get my hands on a few more bottles in order to see how they age.

Consistent with previous notes. Good acidity, unique flavor profile, heavy minerality and soda water.

Quick taste. Very distinctive tangerine/orange notes on the palate, swilred with with some kiwi-lime, melons, and soda water.
