  Nose of raspberry, tobacco and spice. Rich mouth, ends with impressions kirsch and plenty of fruit to balance the high ABV and enough tannic structure to give some firmness. A somewhat opulent wine, but pleasantly surprised with the balance. Paired really well with a grilled pork skirt steak.

  This was a magnum for New Year's Eve. Delightful - unfortunately only one bottle left, Great balance of fruit and tannin. Likely get even better over the next several years
