  • Concentrated. Approachable. Still needs some ageing but can be enjoyed now.

  • 93-95+. After tasting the amazing 2015 which has currently shut down I had high expectations for this 2017. My expectations were met. But for some they may not appreciate difference. 2015 while still somewhat classic in style was very ripe, very concentrated. The 2017 is more of a classic burgundy but still very impressive concentrated and ripe but unlike the 2015 shows that typical tangy flavor to the berries along with more acidity. Unfortunately words to describe this one fully fail me but know that it tastes much better than my description to follow. It is an absolute classic burgundy and worth its high price tag. Dark Ruby color. Explosive bouquet of ripe tangy berries, Sweet cherries and other tangy red fruits. Medium to full body with excellent concentration and extraction, lots of tannins and acidity, but still very well balanced. Delicious hanging Berry cherry food flavors. There are loads of tannins and acidity that prevent one from completely tasting what this has to offer at this point. but the glimpse you get from trying it right now is a beautiful one and this wine certainly has quite a good future ahead of it. for those who appreciate great burgundy this is certainly one well worth having in your cellar. 2027 to 2037. This will certainly be long lived. 13% ABV which is quite typical of a good burgundy that is well balanced. Cellar selection
