Yellow orchard fruit, grassy Brie, a bit of wax, a bit of leesy character. M to M+ acid and body, short kinda alcoholic finish. Definite Alsace/Loire territory, you can tell there’s a white grape other than Chardonnay here and you wouldn’t mistake this for Champagne. Fair qpr at best even for the WTSO price ($17-18) but basically mediocre for Cremant d’Alsace. 5-5.5/10

On the edge, apple finish, still bubbly. Drinkable.
