  Hand-picked, 17 hl/ha, fermentation in steel and than kept in wood and steel for I do not know how long.
  Alcohol 15.6%
  Titratable Acidity 5.8
  pH 3.6
  Residual Sugar 6.7

  Very good, medium plus to full body, very well made, clean, no faults, 15.5 or 15.6%Abv very wel lintegrated, but a litlle bit simple.

  Higher tempurature gives it even more body and more tastes.
  Has some particles, matter now, only lightly filtered ?

  At it's best now, more balanced, so it likes some air.
  Concl.: I was in doubt between 89 (very good) and 90 (excellent), since it is not an excellent wine in taste, but it is excellent made and a joy to drink.

  Sehr dichter, fruchtbetonter Wein. Dunkle Farbe, viel Körper. Lecker!
