Still very fresh and alive, with great ripe fruits. From some of the other extended tirage wines, I was expecting more autolytic character, but not matter, it was yummy.

We bought this at Argyle on Thanksgiving weekend 5 years ago and decided it was time to enjoy it this weekend as a pre Thanksgiving treat. I found this to be quite dry and crisp with some pear and zesty citrus notes mixed with a bit of a bread-like yeastiness. One of the better domestic sparkling wines that I've had.

Again beautiful: continues to genuinely compete with Champagne at this price point. Applesauce and apricot on the nose, and golden apple and pear in the mouth. Rich and creamy mouthfeel, fine finish.

Very light on the tongue with some sophisticated elements of chalk, melon, great w/ brie + pumpkin butter and sour cream n/ onion kettle chips!

Med bubbles. Citrus notes with light yeast on the background.
Lacks complexity and foam is not as light as I usually like.
