- Ruby color with medium forming legs and aromas of black currant, smokey and bacon. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of black currant, raisin, chocolate and black pepper with a medium body. Juicy texture with a medium finish - Lots of minerals in the mouth, really earthy. Interesting wine, less fruity and much dryer than other Malbecs. I had it with sausage, but it should work better with grilled beef or mustard gravy.

Oak bomb all the way. Some dark fruit but mostly oak. I would not purchase again.
