  Pleasant, but not special. Our first time sipping a reasonably well-aged Albarino. We had greater expectations, but were not unhappy.

  Giallo paglierino carico, naso sempre chiuso, un po di canfora, frutti gialli, erbe marine, bocca scattante, giovanissimo, sapido, bella bevuta.

  We suggest decanting. Once again an excellent wine. Green apple, mineral and citrus. Very fresh and vibrant still with good acidity and show no signs of fading or loosing its vitality. Pretty solid wine and memorable. Very good. 91-92

  (Tasted at Berry's Spain 2014): perfumed; floral with a clay/mineral backbone. Almost soapy to the nose. Well balanced but acidity is perhaps a touch flat? From memory the '05 is more mineral and has a more imposing and memorable character.
