Limited notes. Roasted honey covered apples and some richer spice. The few years under its belt is showing in a nice way adding some complexity on the finish. Nice.

Opened it straight from the fridge and it was a bit too cold, it warmed nicely during dinner and the flavors started coming out more. A nice summer wine, reminds me of honeysuckle.

Opened and poured. Much sweeter than previous renditions, which is quite nice and what I'm looking for. Honeyed elements on a steely frame. However, the wine is weighed down by too much ABV and heavy cloying phenols. Lacking acidity to keep it vibrant and balanced. Would love to see Mike dial this back while keeping, or increasing the sweetness, and delivering this at 11-12% ABV....then he'd really have something. Overall a good wine.

Best bottle yet, drank very nicely. Nice combo of fresh fruit with enough dry acidity to make it interesting.
