WSET Level 3 Session 2 (WSET): Appearance is clear, deep intensity, garnet colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of toasted oak, earthiness, green bell peppers and blackcurrant leaf. Developed. On the palate, dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol, soft integrated medium+ tannins, medium+ body. Medium flavor intensity, with flavours of toasted oak, earth, leather, dried blackcurrant, and green bell peppers. Medium- finish. Good quality Medoc. Drink now. At its peak. Not for further ageing. May start to decline very soon.
