Fabulously elegant wine, exceptional balance of richness, acidity, and minerality with very subtle oak notes. Reminds me of Puligny from a good year & producer. I've tasted this 2-3 times in the last few years & was impressed each time.

The Reuling Vineyard wines produced by Matt Taylor were fleeting...only 3 years or so from 2012-14, I believe. The wines released in-house never achieved the level of acclaim as the Aubert Chardonnay’s as the two were made in different styles. Taylor strove for a more Burgundian approach which for this bottle he achieved success. Gracious, mid weight, with plenty of tropical fruit notes and a satisfying finish. Actually quite sturdy tonight but probably would drink the rest of my bottles over the next couple of years as some prior bottles have shown their age/oxidation
