  popped and poured. Light color and body. Very nice cherry profile with the hint of some secondary earthy flavors beginning to develop. Nothing profound here. Will never be an incredible wine but all in all a really nice wine. There is a nice backbone of acidity that holds this together. A food wine. I have one more bottel which will be held for 5 more years be. Drink now or better yet wait a couple more years
