  My last bottle of 3. Pop and poured. I obviously opened the other 2 bottles too early as this has matured into a very nice rosé. I remember a stringent character that was present in my previous tastings that has now dissolved completely. The fruit is more mature and mellowed yet the wine shows quite an intense and persistent palette. I am liking this a lot.
