Opened 3 Willamette pinot noirs along with a grand cru St. Emilion with a group of friends. This was everyone’s favorite, including mine. Very well balanced, medium fruit and extract for a pinot noir.

This Oregon pinot needs a little patience, as an hour after opening and sitting in the glass it starts to open up with red fruit, cola, some earth, less alcohol on the nose. I like the relatively high acidity of this wine.

A little bit pickle juice on the palate. Boot'd the sheep and planted pinot, straddles the county line hence the name. 100% estate fruit. Everyday Pinot Noir.
