Intense straw. Intense nose of pears, apples, raisins, brioches, meringue, lemon. On the palate very well balanced with medium acidity, but more than enough freshness and so light on its feet and with intense scents and flavors at the same time. Outstanding lenght. CO2 is of medium intensity, but that is not a fault. Finishing with salty minerality. 95 from Suckling and there is nothing to disagree from my point of view. -2030+. 5/13/17/10

Dark straw, clear, fine bead but not persistent. Clean on the nose, pronounced notes of sea breeze, marzipan, toasted almond, toasted rye bread. Acid is a little soft but prickly on the tongue, flavours of lemon sherbert, baked green apple, grapefruit pith, marzipan. Gently phenolic, hint of bitterness, bead is a little too delicate and not refreshing enough, moderate length. By the end of my glass, there was no fizz left, so this falls a bit short for the price, unfortunately.

Had this twice over the past few months with consistent notes. This is the BdB of an otherwise known BdN producer in Bouzy. Complex nose with smokey elements and bruised apples. Rich, good phenolics, dry finish, fels low dosage. Very good.

Apples, lemon, brioche, hazelnut and minerals on the nose. Fresh and fruity on the palate. Balanses acidity. Nice clean finish. Very good finish. 90p

Beautiful nose including ripe apples. Taste is rich but a bit short on the finish. Also, a bit low on acidity (to my taste).
