WSET Level 3; 11/3/2019-2/3/2020 (San Diego, CA): Previously tasted the 2017 vintage. Served double blind and correctly identified as a California Chardonnay. Though, technically, my guess was St. Rita Hills instead of RRV.
Pale lemon with a youthful, medium intense nose of butter, pastry, cloves, peach, apricot and nectarine. Medium+ intense flavors of vanilla, toast, cream, peach, apricot, chamomile and lime zest on the long finish. Very good.
