Excellent bottle. We were afraid it would be spoiled at this late date, but it was wonderful and complex. Drink soon though--would hate for this one to turn. Went perfectly with strong seafoods like mussels (with pork meatballs) and shrimp and grits, as well as pea risotto.

100% Grenache Blanc grown organically, fermented in stainless steel tanks and undergoes malolactic fermentation in neutral French oak barrels. A pale gold color. An closed nose of lemon and slight anise. The palate is a combination of ripe apple and marzipan with a slight oxidized sherry flavor like you would get from a fino style. Dry, full bodies, medium acidity, high alcohol though it feels well balanced (15.3% abv), and medium plus finish. This was a very good white if you like a rich full bodied style. Went well with fish soup, fried trout, and octopus in a sweet Spanish paprika olive oil marinade. 3.5/5

Light straw color and a firm nose of citrus elements with some tangy green apple...a bright and steady full fruit grip that had a clean texture showing a tangy freshness...all too easy to drink.

Terrific....lots of acidity and tropicality ala sauvignon blanc, but with nice minerality

Very dry, surprisingly so, but with a floral taste that made up for it. Nothing spectacular, but quite drinkable.
