I had this with pan seared salmon with meyer lemon shallot caper relish on arugula. It was alright with the dish but nothing I would buy again considering other great NZ Sauvignon Blancs on the market.

Har ligget i kjøleskapet et par dager etter å ha brukt litt i fiskesuppa. Farge: Strågul, anelse grønngul. Dufter kattepiss umiddelbart. Det roer seg litt etter hvert. Ung vin. Sitrus (grapefrukt), stikkelsbær. Ikke så mye krydder i starten, det kom litt med økende temperatur. Smak: Middels fylde. Veldig fruktig, kjølig frukt av sitrus (grapefrukt, anelse tropisk), mineralsk (stein/flint), litt grønne urter som blir mer tydelig med økt temperatur. Preget av grønnstilk og grapefrukt erstattes gradvis av mer tropisk frukt, mineralitet og krydder/urter. Middels kompleksitet, øker også litt etter hvert. God lengde. Fremstår som ganske typisk Sauvignon Blanc fra New Zealand.

Enjoyable but not outstanding. Greenish tint. Green pepper and pineapple on nose. Gooseberry, peach and grapefruit on palate, with finishing bitterness.
