  Part of blind tasing / wine paring at CTC , Urban Gastronomy , Athens.
  We went straight to white capsel, Riesling auslese with 5-10 years of age and were ready to put money on it on account to aromatics and palate feel. Luckily it was not a gambling game but a wine event! 91-92 and a pretty wine. Not at the depth of an Ice Wine though as we know it.
