The modern style of two decades ago with a subtle feel to it. Dark notes with some herbs. The alcohol and oak are well integrated. There's a good amount of extract and the mouthfeel is velvety. It finishes dry.

PnP, re-corked and consumed over two days. Made in the new world style that Arnot-Roberts has abandoned...for the better. Hedonistic but lacking the complexity of their more-recent syrahs. 14.8%

Really hit or miss with these Arnot Roberts limited productions from grapes sourced from various places. This one was ok. Generally, consume Arnot Roberts young.
