my brother in law used to run boats in europe and he often had wine left over by the people renting he yachts. He has a few of these old vintages, so we popped and poured this one. Surprisingly it wasn't that bad, nose was a bit off with a touch of barnyard and straw, color was a golden yellow with a touch of amber. The taste was much better than the nose, still had some fruit of apple and citrus, and a good bit of straw. I was impressed that a fifteen year old white could still be drinkable.
