Pleasant table wine, correct for type, slightly light in body. At peak, it seems. This is good midweek juice that would be a steal if you find it at the $20 and below range.

(Cadence Coda Red Wine Red Mountain) On first pour a waft of earth rises up from the glass followed by an explosion of wound up currant, raspberries, cherries, plum, mineral, and floral notes. The palate is tightly wound with tart fruit flavors, firm tannins, and vibrant acids lifting the frame. A very serious wine at this price that needs a couple hours open to fully reveal its charms. 44% Merlot, 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Cabernet Franc, and 6% Petit Verdot. 14.4% alcohol. Sample provided by winery.

Nedium to full bodied, not as complex as I had hoped, but a good wine at the right price.

A fine Cadence kitchen sink blend. Classic franc driven Coda, rounded by Merlot wiith some CS spice. Probably past its prime.
