Delicious. Another great cab from WA. Drank side by side with Doubleback ‘14, and DeLille was the consensus winner. The extra 9 years of aging didn’t hurt.

Purple color with a bouquet and flavor of black cassis. Excellent balance with good depth and a long ending. The wine had a smooth mouthfeel. Very good indeed. Drunk in a wonderful mountain setting at the end of a perfect day. This was the second of a trinity of Washington Cabernets drunk on the evening of a beautiful day in a lovely mountain setting on our way to Walla Walla on my family's great tour of the Washington wine region. The other wines were Quilceda Creek Cabernet Sauvignon 2008, and Doubleback Cabernet Sauvignon 2012. This made for a nice comparison.

Marked degradation since last bottle. Will drink the last one soon. Still quite enjoyable and credit to great WA wine making.
