  Drank with dessert of poached pears and cream.
  
  Apricot and marmalade on the palate. Quite syrupy but paired really well with the dessert. A little lacking in acidity but overall a good wine to have with dessert. Medium finish.

  Nothing to exciting here. Went well with the baked chocolate and raspberry cheesecake. But pretty one dimensional with no real acidity to offset the abundance of rich fruit which left a very sweet cloying aftertaste.
