Still good 11 years later. Lost track of this bottle, but paired with poached halibut it was quite good. As reported, slightly more mineral than butter or oak, but balanced and pleasant.

Research in Vienna has determined that how one likes one's calchards reveals much abut one's superego v. id situation. This calchard is only moderately oaked and vanilla-y, yet it's still way too much for me. Awaiting Freud's fax...
