First opened, it was uninteresting and little lite. Gave it an hour and opened up exponentially. Gained more viscosity, perfume and palette became expressive.

Pop n pour. Medium garnet core with a nose of red floral, fresh cherry, crushed rocks and a touch of Burgundy funk. This could have benefited from an hour in the decanter. A medium bodied effort that remains fairly closed at first but opens to reveal several detailed and feminine layers of red berries and spice. The wine began to truly open up at about the 2hr mark. Silky smooth with vibrant acidity. Classic Burgundy that I picked up on closeout for just $14, drink thru 2015.
