We sipped at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay at Hospital Road, which, arguably, is the best restaurant on the face of the planet. From A to Z, a most exceptional dinning establishment of pure culinary ecstasy. Only 400 bottles produced per year. In English “The Grapes of Wrath”. Constantly changing on the nose and palate. Fun. A bit candy-like. Good finish.

An interesting sip. Cheesy-clunky-oily like a white Rhone, florals of a Viognier, and Muscadet like acids. Nicely balanced. Would like to try again with seafood.

Bouquet and taste profile of florals, melon rind, pithy fruits, asparagus, seaweed, and minerals. Unique texture, layered, and charming. Interesting variety, interesting experience.
