Consistent with prior note. Apple, pear, white flowers and brioche on the nose. Savory undertones on the palate with a little grapefruit lift on the finish. @Decanting Queen - these two bottles were consistent with last one so I think that first bottle was an aberration. Very enjoyable now but I have only two left which I will hold for a few years as I believe there will be some development ahead.
This was so lovely. At first the nose is rather muted but it opens up with brioche and yeasty notes while a delicate thread of citrus plays off subtly in the background with some good acid. The wine has a great weight to it on the palate; something I have really only experienced with champagnes of serious age.
Really exciting stuff.

I had not intended to open another of these for a little while, but I’m awfully glad I did. I didn’t dislike the previous bottle, but I wasn’t wild about it, either. This bottle, however, was a total pleasure to drink. The yeast and brioche notes were still delicate but have moved forward and have become more pronounced. On the palate this was considerably rounder, creamier and more savory than before. And we continue to be impressed by the mousse. All In all, a lovely drink. Hoping this isn’t an indication that I’ll have lots of bottle variation - I would prefer to think that that first bottle was an aberration.
Another perfectly solid champagne that is a bit higher dosage and creamier than I would like without the acidity and linear style to balance it. Probably worth the $ but won't seek out again. Need to try the vintage bottlings.

As good as the first bottle. Made me buy more. There is such a vibrancy here with pronounced aromas and taste. Love this.
