This NV in my possession is over 10 years old. It was recently passed to me since — as a curious cellar cat — I was wondering how it would taste.
The wine has turned amber in colour. As expected, the carbonation is gone and there are visible black sandy tartrates. It has a strong aroma of dried apricot. Taste-wise — it has creamy, nutty, dried apricot notes, with dark honey and blood orange aftertastes. Light-medium body with a soft and clean finish.
Not suitable for ageing but surprisingly drinkable after all these years.
On the down side, this brut cuvee has a fake plastic Champagne cork closure covering the screw cap. I could not tell until I unwrapped the capsule. Mine was a 200ml bottle — I do not know how the 750ml version is capped.

The wine looks greenish gold colored. The legs are medium. The bumble was short . It smells like lemon and baker's yeast. It tastes like lemon and grapefruit. The body is light/medium. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

Quite tasty. Rather a sweet, musky nose, more like a moscato. A little bitterness, but mostly clean with lots of apple and moderate sweetness. [Composite cork + cage; 11.5% abv; Scotmid (Co-op), £10.99].

Drank this at home with my room mate from the university days over lunch to celebrate his birthday.
Straw yellow in colour with a continuous effervescence. Toast, pine-nuts, green fruits with white floral notes. Fresh and delicious.
