Palate: blackberry, black raspberry, pepper; short+ finish of leather, pepper, light dried sage; medium+ body; dry; low, very incorporated tannin; medium+ acidity (mouth doesn't water that much, but the acid feels fairly sharp on my tongue); very low heat
Overall thoughts: This is a tasty and enjoyable wine with well integrated tannins, but I feel there's almost no midpalate and a surprisingly short finish. The acid seems a bit too high to be in balance. It's fairly simple.
Very nice with roasted brusel sprouts with bacon.
