  • I was a bit worried about how this would hold up. I suspect the distributor was using Anne's presence as a way to unload this. Nevertheless, I enjoyed it. It does show some age with just a hint of oxidation. Yet, the Muscat character is really there. Pretty floral nose of orange blossom. Slightly oily texture. Flavors of tart mandarin oranges with a bit of orange peel. Dry. Complex. I am not sure I would hold these much longer, but this very good. Although I did not have the salmon, many commented on what an excellent foo match this was. A very pleasant surprise.
