Here in the UK, this is I believe Xanadu’s entry level Chardonnay, or is that the DJL? Anyway it was jolly nice. Avoids any sense of being sweet or oaky, it is quite taut, almost like an Australian Chablis without the minerality. Peach and white flower on the palate, a most enjoyable wine which we hope is a good sign for the Stevens Road and Reserve wines in the cellar.

Perhaps not the most profound bottle of wine but great vfm and a very drinkable WA Chardonnay from a great winery
