bright yellow, bit greenish color. pineapple, citrus. acidic. tends to finish with lemon zest bitterness which puts me off of it. Was wonderful with Salmon though :)

Fresh acid with apples, black current leaves and minerals. Went very well with oven-baked goat cheese. A great representative of a Sauvignon Blanc from Loire

170 NOK Til ost og sånn i Erfjord. Fint (lenge siden sist vi hadde SB) Mineralsk nese, hegg og sitron. Fin frisk smak med solbærblader og sånn.
