Opened with B to B in London. Decanted for 30 mins before enjoying.
This was really good, and I'm glad we made the decision to give it some air. Natural, but extremely clean. Consistent with my previous bottle, and really enjoyable. Not quite as buttery as you might expect from a white Burg, but came with its own distinctive aromatic profile. Great integration despite youth. Wonderful wine, and really enjoyed this!

Opened in HK. Slow-oxed and chilled slightly before enjoying over dinner.
First experience with this producer after a lot of hype and was solidly impressed. Very clearly natural, but not overly funky at all and very cleanly made. With some air and as the glass warmed up, you could tell that this is Chardonnay as well - some hints of butter coming through. Good acidity throughout and a very enjoyable wine.
Shame about the current prices, but this is a very good wine. Drinking well now but will keep for a while at this level. Would be very happy to revisit, and a great experience to try this with friends!

Beautiful nose. So much purity in this wine. I guess this is what minimal intervention is all about. Nose if very precise with citrus, pears, apples. Not sprucey so no Savagnin traces in this. The mouth is great and flavorful, not too acidic, however quite short. Great wine nonetheless I would drink this every day all day.

A private lunch (Restaurant Europa, Amsterdam, NL): Clay on limestone soils, fermented and aged in stainless steel, vinified and bottled without added sulfur, unfiltered, 12.5% ABV. Cloudy white golden colour. Mountain air, tart citrus, lemon juice, dry but supple, piercing acidity, light to medium body, lifted and energetic, flowers and minerals, linear but charming, pure and precise, uncompromising, long and dry limestone finish.

Mouse. I have heard others also had problems. Stay away considering the price.
