  Our Italian guest surprised by unveiling this most excellent example of Italy's best bubbles. A blend of Chardonnay (60%), Pinot Blanco (23%) and Pinot Nero (17%) with disgorging of zero dosage. Close your eyes, sniff, sip and tell us this is not champagne! Seriously!? A touch tight with the toast oak hiding just behind the veil of vivid fruit. We think a few more years will allow for this bubble to blossom, but it is luscious, vivacious, fun and feisty. Bone dry as expected. A more than happy bubbly bubble. Good QPR.
