  A complex blend of beautifully ripe apples, cinnamon and mixed spices plays into subtle notes of cream and butter on the nose. A spin in the glass reveals a subtle maple quality and heightens its minerality.
  
  Ripe and luminous tones of golden apples introduce the palate, with light tones of butter, cream, and honey. Kitchen spices, raw sugar, and crushed stone show clearly in the background. Big, deep, refined, and spicy, this is a wonderfully complex and balanced California Chardonnay.
